A code that was turned away is the most useful post we get
A person reads every notice before it is printed, and a person reads this form. If something was refused at a checkout, tell the desk and it comes down while we look at it. Stallholders, networks, and anyone who wants a photograph or a name off the sheet use the same box.

Dead codes, takedowns, stallholder enquiries, press and data requests all land on the same desk.
It comes down first, questions after
If you hold the rights to a name, a mark or a photograph on this sheet, name the page. The desk pulls it while the claim is looked at — there is no form to fill in and no reason to give. Full route in the house rules.
Look at the closing date first
Most codes stop working because the stall’s own promotion ended, and that date is printed beside every notice. If the notice is still standing and the code was refused anyway, that is exactly what the desk wants to hear about.

What happens to what you send
It arrives at assam@pricezilo.com and is read by the person who runs the sheet. A report of a refused code goes on the list for the next read-through and the notice is pulled if it has stopped working. A takedown request from a brand, a photographer or a network is actioned first and discussed afterwards, and no reason is asked for. Everything else gets a reply from a person.
For stallholders and networks
If you run a retailer’s affiliate programme and want the stall listed, corrected or removed, say which and it is dealt with. The market has no rate card, no paid placement and nothing to sell you: a stall appears because the desk thought its notices were worth printing, and it comes off the moment the retailer asks.
