Where does the sheet get these?

From the merchant feed YorkTest publishes through its affiliate network, and from its own public campaigns. Nothing here is scraped from another coupon site and nothing is invented. How the desk checks.

What happens when a notice expires?

It leaves the lists on the day it ends. For the next 21 days it sits in the block above, clearly marked as closed, and then it is unpublished. Expired notices are never counted in the figures at the top of this page.
