Reading pricezilo.com means accepting these terms. They are written to be read rather than to be survived.
1. Who publishes this
pricezilo.com is published by XYZEE, Building no 44C, Khalid Commercial Lane 1, Phase 7 Ext, DHA, Karachi 75500, Pakistan (“PriceZilo”, “the market”, “we”). Contact detail is on the imprint.
2. What the sheet is
An independent listing of discount codes and offers from third-party retailers. PriceZilo sells nothing, holds no stock, takes no payment and is not party to any purchase you make. Every contract of sale is between you and the retailer.
3. Offers, dates and conditions
Notices come from retailers’ own affiliate feeds and are printed with the closing date and conditions the retailer published. A stall may change or withdraw a promotion at any moment without telling the desk, so a code can be refused at a checkout while the notice is still standing here. The wording at the retailer’s own checkout governs. No warranty is given that any code will be accepted or that any stated saving will be applied.
4. Paid listings
PriceZilo earns affiliate commission on some purchases made after a reader follows a link from this site. This is disclosed under the masthead, above every list and on the paid listings page. It costs the reader nothing.
5. Using the sheet
Read it, copy a code, use it. Do not scrape it wholesale, republish the listings as your own, or run automated traffic against it. Do not attempt to break into any part of it. The typographic marks, the page designs and the written copy are ours; retailers’ names and trade marks are theirs.
6. Trade marks and fair use
Retailers’ names, brands and marks belong to their owners and are used here solely to identify whose offer is whose, which is nominative fair use. Nothing on this sheet implies affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from any retailer listed. The mark beside a store name is this site’s own typographic setting of that name and is not a reproduction of anybody’s logo.
7. Copyright and takedown — DMCA
If you own the rights to material published here and want it removed, the route is short and the desk does not argue first. Send a notice containing:
- your signature, physical or electronic;
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the URL on this site where it appears;
- your address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

8. Links off this site
Links lead to retailers and to affiliate networks whose sites are outside our control. Their terms and privacy notices govern what happens once you are there.
9. Liability
The sheet is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, PriceZilo is not liable for a code that is refused, a promotion a retailer withdraws, a price that changes, a delivery that fails or any loss arising from a purchase at a third-party retailer. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, and material changes are described rather than slipped in.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the publisher is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of the country you read this from.
